Harlow Hageness started in the transportation business over 40 years ago. He attended the North Dakota State School of Science as a diesel mechanic. He worked as a mechanic in Rolette, ND. He was offered an opportunity to take over a local bus dealership. He literally built his company from a small one shop facility to a multi-million dollar business. He served in leadership positions for several OEM’s on dealer advisory boards. He won several Dealer of the Year awards over his career. He developed school bus route systems in seven states and 20 locations. He was the classic family business entrepreneur. He was committed to his family and community. He served on several local business and community board of directors.

Jason Hageness has over 20 years of service in the school bus transportation and bus sales business. He is currently a member of the IC School Bus Dealer Advisory Board. He is a participant in the IC 20 group. He is a licensed CDL driver and still drives a route bus or delivers a sales unit. He is a member of the Bismarck CEO Vistage Group. He is a graduate of Dickinson State University.
